Whether she is inspiring standingroom only crowds as a keynote speaker or as a mentor to young adults oneonone after hours in her Brooklyn highrise office, she is a woman who lives to serve others. She cares, she knows, and it shows. Aminata Njeri’s undeniably unique style combines; the wisdom of an experienced and enterprising businesswoman, the enthusiasm and compassion of an evangelist. Dr. Njeri’s ability to inspire others comes from being one of the nation’s most requested speakers. Her practical no-nonsense approach makes audiences feel as she is speaking directly to them. Aminata Njeri empowers audiences with confidence; motivating participants and instilling in them a firm plan to change their professional and personal life in only the most meaningful ways.
Aminata Njeri loves the freedom and challenge of being an entrepreneur! In January of 2003, she started her own company LeaderShipology, Inc. conducting seminars, keynotes and workshops across the country. She is known nation-wide for her mantra of “Who The Leader?” Aminata Njeri is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of the Bryant Educational Leadership Group, an organization that is a resource for leadership education and one of the primary producers of empowering, enabling, and equipping global leaders for the next generation.
She is also the Founder and Executive Producer of Word4UTVNetwork, and internet television network station, and produces “God Has A Word For You” E-Telecast, a weekly bible study series on the internet.
Aminata Njeri has received many accolades; including an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the American Institute and Theological Seminary of San Antonio Texas. She has been commissioned by Governor Patton of Kentucky as an Honorary Kentucky Colonel, and Honorary Captain of the Belle of Louisville. Other awards received from the National Society of Black Engineers, Role Model of the Year Award from the City-Wide Youth Leadership Council in New York, Operation P.E.A.C.E out of Atlanta Georgia, just to name a few.
A former 28 year welfare recipient and high school drop- out, Aminata Njeri is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle, and the New York Theological Seminary, in New York. She knows first-hand what it means and what it takes to achieve your dreams. In June of 2002 Aminata married her sweetheart of 28 years Kenneth Gill. She is the mother of four children, two by birth; a daughter Sonji, son Christopher and two by marriage; Lauren and Ashley and 5 grandchildren. She is thankful for all of her life’s experiences, and is dedicated to helping others realize and optimize their life’s strengths and desires for achieving their dreams.
